01What PrintMatic is

In-house manufacturing.
Without an in-house team.

PrintMatic is a self-contained manufacturing cell installed directly in your facility. It lets you introduce digital manufacturing without building an in-house team or dealing with technical expertise and operational overhead.

While you focus on your business, we remotely handle production data preparation, material management, and service. PrintMatic works like a reliable on-demand source of ready-to-use parts — exactly when you need them.

Just collect the finished part.

You don't have to deal with

  • Additive manufacturing specialists
  • Material engineering
  • Production data preparation
  • Service and manufacturing continuity
02Who PrintMatic is for

Is PrintMatic right for you?

PrintMatic is built for companies that:

For one-off projects, specialized technical polymers, or occasional short-run production, external manufacturing with an experienced partner is often more efficient. We're happy to arrange that too, through our LukMatic bureau.
03How it works

PrintMatic in action

PrintMatic is not another desktop 3D printer. It's a self-contained, autonomous manufacturing terminal designed as a complete service — installed in your facility. A simple process from request to finished part.

01Step

Send your request or 3D data

Provide a model or specific part requirement.

02Step

We prepare production

We handle production data preparation, material selection, and process setup.

03Step

Production starts

Manufacturing runs in your facility under our remote supervision.

04Step

Collect the finished part

The part is ready when you need it — no waiting required.

04Applications in manufacturing

Common applications

PrintMatic is designed for applications where speed, availability, and production flexibility matter.

Jigs and fixtures

Assembly, positioning, and inspection jigs tailored to your processes.

Spare parts

Brackets, covers, and functional components — no waiting on external suppliers.

Housings and safety components

Custom machine housings and protective components without expensive metalwork.

Functional prototypes

Verify design, function, and assembly before committing to serial production.

End-use parts and short runs

Parts designed for direct deployment in production.

05Materials

Flexible material portfolio

The PrintMatic system operates with four active material slots, enabling flexible combinations for your specific applications. We'll recommend the optimal material mix based on your needs.

01

PA12-CF · PA6-GF

High-strength composites for functional engineering parts, fixtures, and load-bearing components.

02

PPS-GF

Extremely strong material with high chemical and thermal resistance for demanding industrial applications.

03

PC-FR · PETG-ESD

Materials with special properties — flame-retardant UL94-V0, anti-static (ESD).

04

ASA · ABS

Industry standard for dimensionally stable parts and operational applications.

05

PLA · PETG

Rapid prototyping and general-purpose manufacturing aids.

Not sure which materials to choose? We'll recommend the ideal material mix for your facility.
Have specific requirements? For specialized technical polymers or more slots, we'll configure a custom setup.

06Security and stability

Secure and stable operation

PrintMatic is designed for secure, stable operation in industrial environments. The solution includes isolated connectivity, continuous production monitoring, active material care, and regular service.

Remote monitoring

Continuous production monitoring with fast response to any deviations.

Regular service

Preventive maintenance to avoid failures and keep production running smoothly.

Active material care

Materials are continuously dried within the system for consistent quality, including hygroscopic polymers.

Data security

We don't store production data in third-party cloud services.

07Secure connectivity

Secure remote access

PrintMatic is built with operational and data security as a priority. Remote access runs exclusively through a secured VPN connection using a dedicated 5G modem.

The device is never directly exposed to the public internet. All communication runs through a predefined, controlled channel — with no connection to your corporate network.

08Continuity guarantee

No downtime

Every minute counts in production. PrintMatic is built to minimize downtime. If a failure can't be resolved remotely or by on-site service, we replace the entire device one-for-one. During service, we're also ready to print required parts at our facility.

Level 01

Remote diagnostics

Most issues are resolved without any action on your part — directly through monitoring and remote access.

Level 02

On-site service

When physical intervention is needed, a technician comes to your facility.

Level 03

Device swap

If the repair can't be done quickly, we swap the entire device one-for-one.

09Setup requirements

11FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How long does deployment take?
Depends on configuration and chosen materials. Typically 14 to 30 days from contract signing to first print.
What is the contract term?
The contract runs for an indefinite period with a notice period. Specific terms are agreed individually based on your needs.
Can we have multiple cells?
Yes. Machine and material configurations are set individually. You can expand with additional cells or material slots at any time.
Who owns the 3D data we send?
3D data belongs to the client. We don't use it outside the agreed scope and don't store it in third-party cloud services.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Cell rental, remote management, service coverage, production data preparation, and active material care. The fee also includes a starter material budget. Once depleted, material is billed at market rate or better.
What if we need a part we can't print in our cell?
If a part is outside your cell's size or material capabilities, we produce it at our facility. PrintMatic clients automatically receive a 30% discount on development and production.
How is the connection secured?
The cell has a dedicated 5G modem and communicates with us over a secured VPN. It's not connected to your corporate network or exposed to the public internet.
What if the cell stops working?
A three-level service process: remote diagnostics → on-site service → full device swap one-for-one. During service, we can print required parts at our facility to maintain your production continuity.
